Physical and chemical characteristics:
1. Erucylamide is a waxy solid with no smell. 

2. iSuoChem® Erucylamide has a long carbon chain and a special polar amide group in its structure, which makes it great at staying stable even at high temperatures. This also helps it work well on surfaces and prevent sticking.
3. Erucylamide doesn't dissolve in water but can dissolve in solvents like ethanol, ether, acetone, and xylene.
4. Erucylamide won't catch fire easily until it reaches about 230°C.
5. Erucylamide is safe for the environment and people because it passed tests for being non-toxic.
6. So far, iSuoChem Erucylamide is allowed to be used in materials for food containers and packaging according to GB9685-2008 standards. It's also been tested for being environmentally friendly and following the EU RoHS environmental protection rules.

1. Enhanced Film and Sheet Performance:
iSuoChem® Erucylamide is widely treated as Opening agent or Slip agent for various film types. They include CPP film, BOPP film, LDPE film, LLDPE film, EVA film, PVC film, PVDF film, PVDC film, PU film, multi-layer co-extruded film, highly transparent agricultural film, and ultra-high molecular weight PE and metallocene polyethylene.
It can reduce friction on the surface of the product (film or sheet), making processing and packaging more efficient.

2. Improved Ink Functionality:
When used in ink formulations, iSuoChem® Erucylamide provides anti-sticking and anti-fouling properties.
It also can delay the settlement of pigments and fillers, enhance print durability, scratch resistance, and surface smoothness, especially in color printing where it prevents adhesion.

3. Enhanced Rubber Products:
iSuoChem® Erucylamide can improve the glossness, resistance to fouling, elongation, and wear resistance. 
It also accelerates the curing process and guards against sun-related cracking.

4. Diverse Uses as a Lubricant and Release Agent:
iSuoChem® Erucylamide serves as a mold-release agent and surface enhancer for thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, TEO, TPU), fluororubber, and engineering plastics.
It acts as a lubricant for LDPE calendered artificial leather, fiber materials, non-textile fabrics, and entertainment chips.
Additionally, it plays as a lubricant for highly wear-resistant materials like PA (used in gears, seal sleeves, skateboards, etc.) and as a dispersant for modified ABS graphite fiber materials.
