1. Erucamide is a waxy solid with no smell. 

2. iSuoChem® Erucamide has a long carbon chain and a special polar amide group in its structure, which makes it great at staying stable even at high temperatures. This also helps it work well on surfaces and prevent sticking.
3. Erucamide doesn't dissolve in water but can dissolve in solvents like ethanol, ether, acetone, and xylene.
4. Erucamide won't catch fire easily until it reaches about 230°C.
5. Erucamide is safe for the environment and people because it passed tests for being non-toxic.
6. So far, iSuoChem Erucamide is allowed to be used in materials for food containers and packaging according to GB9685-2008 standards. It's also been tested for being environmentally friendly and following the EU RoHS environmental protection rules.

1. Enhancing Film and Sheet Properties:
iSuoChem® Erucamide can be applied to various film types, including PP, CPP, BOPP, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PVC, PVDF, PVDC, PU, and others. It is particularly useful for multi-layer co-extruded films and high-transparency agricultural films.
By incorporating it, you can reduce both the dynamic and static friction on the film or sheet's surface. This leads to improved ease of processing and more efficient packaging.

2. Improving Ink Performance:
iSuoChem® Erucamide serves as a valuable additive in ink formulations, offering benefits such as smoothness, anti-sticking properties, and resistance to fouling.
Its presence helps prevent pigments and fillers from settling, facilitates their dispersion, and enhances the wear resistance, scratch resistance, and surface smoothness of printed materials, especially during color printing.

3. Enhancing Rubber Products:
When iSuoChem® Erucamide is added to rubber formulations (including SBE, SBP, SBR, and PP), this product enhances gloss, resists fouling, and increases the elongation of rubber products.
It also accelerates vulcanization, improves wear resistance, and offers protection against sun cracking.

4. Versatile Lubrication and Release Agent:
iSuoChem® Erucamides find applications as a release agent and surface smoother for thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, TEO, TPU) and fluororubber.
It acts as a lubricant and release agent for engineering plastics, LDPE-crafted artificial leather, fiber materials, non-woven fabrics, and entertainment chips.
