Long lasting permanent additives Antistatic agent for plastics

The importance of Anti-static agent

The following is a simple experiment on static electricity done on two films. The experiment clearly shows that during the manufacturing and processing of plastics, the accumulation of static electricity will cause the adsorption problem shown in Figure B.

Physical forms of Antistaic agent

For plastics grade anti-static agent, iSuoChem® mainly have White particles, White solid, White powder, Yellowish liquid, and Clear liquid.

Tips:

1. iSuoChem antistatic agent mainly have Short lasting and Long lasting type.

2. The adding method is mainly internal addition.

3. Plastics grade antistatic agent is mainly recommended for PP, PE, ABS, PS, PA, POM, EPE, EPP, PC, PET, XPP, XPE, TPE, TPR, TPU, PVC, hard PVC, or soft PVC.
