iSuoChem Organizes an Exciting 8-Day Team Building Trip to Xinjiang

iSuoChem, a leading company in the chemical industry, recently organized a memorable team-building activity for its staff from June.17th~June.24th 2023. The journey took our whole team from our headquarters in Anhui to the stunning landscapes of Xinjiang, offering us an 8-day adventure filled with natural wonders and cultural experiences. The trip provided an opportunity for team members to bond, relax, and explore the unique beauty of Xinjiang.
Day 1: Departure Point - Urumqi iSuoChem started its journey by flying from Hefei to Urumqi, the capital city of Xinjiang. Urumqi, known as the city farthest from the ocean in the world and the geographical center of Asia, served as the gateway to our exploration of Xinjiang's diverse landscapes and rich cultural heritage.
Day 2: Urumqi - Sailimu Lake - Lavender - Yining After breakfast, the group embarked on a drive to Sailimu Lake, often referred to as the "last tear of the Atlantic Ocean." The lake's enchanting beauty, with its varying shades of blue and green, left a lasting impression on the team. Continuing our journey towards Yining, we passed by Lavender Manor, where we immersed ourselves in a sea of purple flowers, capturing picturesque moments. The day concluded with an overnight stay in Yining. Day 3: Yining - Tangbula Baili Gallery - Nalati Grassland - Nalati Town The iSuoChem team set off towards Nalati, enjoying a panoramic view of the stunning Ili River Valley along the way. We made a stop at Tangbula Baili Gallery to appreciate the captivating scenery. In the afternoon, we explored the Nalati Grassland, one of the four major grasslands in the world. The combination of picturesque river valleys, mountain peaks, deep gorges, and lush meadows provided a perfect backdrop for experiencing the local Kazakh folk customs. After dinner, iSuoChem team checked into our hotel in Nalati Town.
Day 4: Nalati Town - Net Red Duku Highway - Bayinbulak Grassland - Hejing The day began with a transfer to a 7-seater commercial vehicle for a scenic drive along the Middle Section of Duku Highway, renowned for its breathtaking beauty. The team marveled at the harmonious sight of green grass, creeks, yurts, flocks of sheep, and eagles soaring in the sky. Continuing our journey, we reached Bayinbulak Grassland, also known as Swan Lake Scenic Area, which offered magnificent views of snow-capped mountains, rolling hills, and vast meadows. The team captured numerous exquisite landscape and cultural photographs before heading to Hejing for the night.
Day 5: Hejing - Karez - Flame Mountain - Turpan In the morning, the team drove to Huozhou Turpan and explored the legendary Flame Mountain. Renowned for its scorching heat, this unique mountain has captivated imaginations since ancient times. The team then visited Karez, one of the three ancient projects, which showcases the ingenuity and hard work of ancient civilizations that harnessed the natural slope of the land to create an intricate irrigation system. Day 6: Turpan - Kumtag Desert - Urumqi The team embarked on a thrilling adventure to the Kumtag Desert, known for its vast sea of sand. With its unique landscape, the Kumtag Desert has become a popular tourist destination, offering various activities such as sand sports, scientific research, and desert sightseeing. After a day filled with exploration and excitement, the team returned to Urumqi and checked into our hotel.
Day 7: Urumqi - Tianshan Lake - Kazakh Folk Custom Garden - Urumqi The team set off for Tianshan Lake, also known as Yaochi, nestled in the majestic Bogda Peak of the Tianshan Mountain range. Surrounded by mountains and adorned with spruces, pines, and cypresses, Tianshan Lake offered a serene setting for the team to appreciate nature's beauty. Later, we visited the Kazakh Folk Custom Garden, gaining insights into the unique culture and traditions of the Kazakh people, one of Xinjiang's prominent ethnic minorities. Day 8: Urumqi - Hefei With our 8-day journey coming to an end, the team reflected on our remarkable exploration of Xinjiang. Although the trip was demanding, our daily early departures and late hotel returns were rewarded with unforgettable memories and breathtaking landscapes. The team expressed our gratitude to the company for organizing this remarkable trip, which provided us with an opportunity to bond, relax, and appreciate the natural wonders of Xinjiang. iSuoChem's team-building trip to Xinjiang offered its employees a remarkable 8-day journey through the region's diverse landscapes and rich cultural heritage. The adventure provided an opportunity for the team to connect, relax, and appreciate the beauty of Xinjiang.
