High gloss co-solvent polyamide resin is a polycondensation type polymer compound having a CONH structure in a molecule, which is usually obtained by polycondensation of a binary acid and a diamine.
The most prominent advantage of co-solvent polyamide resin is that the softening point is particularly narrow, unlike other thermoplastic resins, which have a gradual cure or softening process which causes rapid solidification when the temperature is slightly below the melting point.
Co-solvent polyamide PA resin has good chemical resistance and is resistant to acid and alkali, vegetable oil, mineral oil, etc. Since it has a polar group such as an amino group, a carbonyl group or an amide group in the molecule, it has good gluing properties for wood, ceramics, paper, cloth, brass, aluminum and phenolic resin, polyester resin, polyethylene, etc.
