SR30 Chlorinated rubber is wear resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardant and waterproof, its adhesion, film formation, and water resistance have all been greatly improved. 

This product is resistant to aging, insulation, strong mechanical properties, high adhesion and good weather resistance.

Applications

SR30 Chlorinated rubber powder is a medium-high viscosity chlorinated rubber, which can be used to prepare products such as anti-corrosion paint, ship paint, road marking paint, fireproof paint, metal, paper or fabric coatings, rubber product adhesives, adhesives and high-performance rubber products.

Solubility and Compatibility

SR series product could be dissolved in various solvents, and compatible with many kinds of resins, plasticizers and binders, etc.

Chlorinated rubber solution is colorless or yellow transparent liquid when the SR is dissolved in organic solvent. (Toluene, Xylene etc.) and resin (Acrylic acid, Alcohol Acid etc.)

Storage & transportation

Store in dry & ventilated warehouse. Don't store it in open air. Prevent sunshine & moisture. Avoid high temperature. Avoid rain during transportation. It is not dangerous cargo.

Handling

Normal precautions should be observed as for handing all chemicals. Store indoor with adequate ventilation. Keep away from moisture, heat. Keep container closed. Wash thoroughly after handing. See the MSDS for more information.
