iSuoChem is an 15 years old resin brand since since 2007. We supply the technology support for different ink resin systems.
In general, our customers buy different pigment, resin and additives in bulk order for their own factory use purpose, and also some resin distributor buy resin for sale in their domestic markets.
We also support custom design and logo for resin distributor for domestic sales market in competitve wholesale price, and other customized requirements of the resin.
Many of our ink industry customers quite pay attention to the softening of the resin.
Such as our Polyamide resin with softening point (℃) from 30~70 to 140~200, Maleic resin with softening point(℃) from 110+/-5, 130+/-10, and 150+/-10. And some other resins, we will not list one by one here.

We will conclude some points what our customers care about for your references.
Most solid resins are amorphous substances. When the temperature rises, the resin will gradually soften and increase plasticity from a very brittle and elastic solid, and finally become liquid. In the process of resin softening, a temperature is specified when it becomes a viscous liquid. This temperature is called the softening point (flow temperature). It is equivalent to the melting point of crystals. However, because the softening process of the resin progresses gradually, there is no obvious limit when it becomes a liquid. Therefore, the softening point is affected by the measurement method. The ring and ball method is a softening point determination method commonly used in the ink industry. The softening point has a more direct relationship with the molecular weight of the resin. The molecular weight is large, and the softening point is also high.
